Privacy policy
Last updated 9 August 2026. This describes how Tenderco handles personal information for website visitors, customers, and partners.
1. What we collect
Contact details you provide directly (name, email, phone, business name) when you enquire, sign up, or refer a client. ABN and registration details if you apply for the not-for-profit rate. Content you send us as part of requests (copy, images, credentials needed to do the work). Basic technical data (such as pages visited) if analytics are enabled on this site.
2. Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Tenderco does not receive or store full card numbers — Stripe handles payment collection and PCI compliance directly.
3. How we use it
To deliver and support the web partnership, bill subscriptions, verify not-for-profit eligibility, pay partner commissions, and communicate about your account or referral. We don't sell personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Stripe (payments). Google Cloud (Melbourne, australia-southeast2) for hosting. Email and communication tools used to run the business.
5. Client website data
Where Tenderco manages a customer's website, that website may collect and store its own end users' data (for example, contact form submissions or e-commerce orders). That data belongs to the customer; Tenderco acts on the customer's instructions in maintaining it and is not itself the collector of it.
6. Data retention
We retain enquiry and customer data for the duration of the business relationship and for up to 7 years after it ends, consistent with Australian tax and business record-keeping requirements. Partner commission records are retained for the same period. You may request earlier deletion of personal information not required for legal or accounting purposes.
