You can send as many requests as you need. We work through them one at a time, in your priority order. That keeps the work focused and turnaround times realistic. A few things sit outside the partnership.

Is there a minimum term?
Yes — 12 months from your start date. The minimum term resets when major works are delivered (such as a migration or redesign). After the minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days written notice.
What if I only need one thing done?
We're not the right fit — you want a freelancer for a one-off. We're built for businesses whose site needs to keep changing.
How fast is "2–5 days", really?
That covers most standard requests. Bigger work is milestoned so you see progress weekly rather than waiting in the dark.
What if I have two urgent things at once?
You set the order. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic rather than promising both and delivering neither.
Do I own the site?
Yes, entirely. The site, the content, and the domain are yours. If you leave, we hand over cleanly — no hostage-taking.
What happens if I cancel?
After the minimum term: 30 days written notice, then we hand over site and domain access cleanly — no hostage-taking. If you cancel early, the remaining balance for your minimum term is payable. Either way, the site, content, and domain are yours.
Can you work with my existing site?
Usually, yes. Migrations and takeovers are included — there's no separate onboarding project fee.
